Event Catering Term & Conditions
Requirements
A minimum food expenditure of $750 is required. Parties of 30 guests or fewer include an 18% gratuity. Parties of 31 guests or more include a 22% gratuity.
Travel Fee
Travel Fee For location located outside our designated coverage (“red zone”), a one-way travel fee of $3 per mile applies from our location to the event site.
Deposit
A deposit of $400 or more is required, depending on the total guest count and event scope. Parties of 30 guests or fewer include an 18% gratuity. Parties of 31 guests or more include a 22% gratuity.
Set Up
Included Rentals. We provide all tables, chairs, silverware, and linens (including tablecloths and chair covers) at no additional charge.
Why We Use These Terms
We use standard industry practices to maintain clear pricing. Gratuity covers staff wages and service needs—setup, coordination, and breakdown—so you won’t face surprise charges.
Refund & Other Fee Policy
Deposits are non‑refundable. Date changes need more than 2 weeks of notice or incur a $200 fee. A $150 late-start fee applies at 30+ minutes. Reservation confirmed upon deposit screenshot.
