I started Sakura Hibachi Catering in 2018 with a simple goal: share the joy of hibachi cooking. I learned the art of table-side grilling from masters who taught me respect for fresh ingredients. Every night, our chefs bring energy to the grill tables and craft dishes like garlic fried rice, steak and shrimp, and scallops. I built this place so locals and visitors feel welcome in a casual spot with tunes and games. Watching smiles reminds me why I began. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
